Amure, from Tenute Eméra, represents a unique meeting of two varietals that, though distant in origin, thrive together under the same sun and on the same land of Puglia. The 2022 vintage combines 70% Fiano, a quintessential regional variety, with 30% Incrocio Manzoni Bianco, a semi-aromatic grape from Veneto, creating a white wine celebrated for its versatility and appeal even among red wine enthusiasts.

Vinified in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and aromatic profile of the grapes, Amure is then matured in bottles to enhance its complexity. This Puglia IGP is a light straw yellow with greenish-gold reflections, brilliant in the glass.

The bouquet bursts with green apple, linden, freshly cut grass, lime, passion fruit, and a hint of minerals. Palate: A fresh and savory taste, immediately quenching and thirst-quenching, leads to a persistent citrusy finish.
