Description:

The Fiano di Avellino DOCG is an exquisite white wine made entirely from Fiano grapes. At 13.5% alcohol, it is crafted through vinification in stainless steel followed by bottle aging to enhance its distinctive qualities.

In the glass, it displays a bright straw-yellow color. The nose is captivated by a complex bouquet: floral hints of broom, acacia, chamomile, subtle tangerine, white fleshed fruits, with an undertone of hazelnut, mineral, and smoky notes. On the palate, it is fruit-rich and balanced, with enticing acidity that refreshes the palate, leading to a long and vibrant finish. This wine has great aging potential. Ideal for pairing with vegetables, delicate pasta dishes, seafood, white meats, and mild cheeses.

Gambero Rosso Vini d’Italia 2024: 2 Glasses

James Suckling: 93/100
"This is very good, drawing a strong demarcation between the riper, more tropical accented expressions that pervade the zone, and wines such as this: mid-weighted, tighter, more restrained, saltier, and more typical of Avellino. Tonic water, Meyer Lemon, and thyme, with sea spray, jasmine, and raw fennel lining the long, energetic finish. Really fine-tuned. Drink or hold."

WineCritic.com: 92 Points
"Pleasant in its sensory profile, it expresses hints of apple, pineapple, lime zest, spun sugar, and hawthorn. On the palate, medium to full body, enveloping structure, and a medium-length finish."

Bibenda 2023: 4 Bunches
"Bright straw yellow. Pleasant intense nose with hints of white peach, Golden Delicious apple, and ripe pineapple, accompanied by floral notes of wisteria and jasmine, followed by mineral touches. In the mouth, freshness predominates, quickly balanced by fruity notes. Good salinity and persistence."
