Cornflower (Fiordaliso) Honey from Puglia | Rare, Floral & Creamy
€5.00
Elegant and rare, our Fiordaliso (Cornflower) Honey is harvested in Puglia from the vivid blue blooms of Centaurea cyanus. Aromas are delicately floral with light spicy and fruity, wine-like nuances, followed by a moderately sweet taste and a gentle, fresh acidity. Naturally fine-creaming with a medium–fast crystallization, it spreads beautifully on toast and melts cleanly in warm drinks. A refined, versatile honey rich in natural antioxidants and trace minerals—perfect for cheese boards, teas, and pastry work.
