Alcohol: 14%
Experience the soul of Salento with each sip of Sud del Sud, a captivating blend from Tenute Eméra. This 2019 vintage Salento IGP red wine is a masterful combination of 30% Primitivo, 30% Negroamaro, 20% Petit Verdot, 15% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, reflecting the rich intensity of the sun-drenched Salento region.
Vinified in stainless steel to preserve the vibrant fruit characteristics and aged in oak barriques for four months to enhance its complexity, Sud del Sud matures further in the bottle, allowing its diverse flavors to integrate and evolve. This "super Apulian" wine showcases a fine, intense, and persistent profile, making it an ideal pairing for rich and hearty dishes.
