This unique 2019 vintage blends 50% Greco and 50% Fiano grapes, meticulously vinified in stainless steel and matured in the bottle to achieve a perfect balance of elegance and freshness.
Marking the 50th anniversary of Totò's passing in 1967, the "A Livella" project was born in collaboration with the Antonio De Curtis family and the Associazione Antonio De Curtis. This initiative aims to honor the enduring legacy of Totò, a figure who transcended the boundaries of Italian popular culture with his wit and wisdom.
Totò Bianco is vibrant straw-yellow in color, showcasing an elegant and fresh bouquet of white flesh fruits and tropical flowers on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh, dry, and well-balanced, with a pleasant persistence and a robust structure that makes it an excellent match for bold flavors. Try it with legendary buffalo mozzarella or a traditional Neapolitan "Gattò" of potatoes.
