Celebrate the enduring legacy of the beloved Italian artist Totò with our limited edition Totò Rosso Casavecchia and Piedirosso Campania IGP 2018. Crafted in collaboration with the Antonio De Curtis family and their association, this wine commemorates 50 years since Totò's passing with the "A Livella" project, blending artistry with viticulture.
Totò Rosso is a sophisticated mix of 70% Casavecchia and 30% Piedirosso grapes. This wine is matured for 8 months in stainless steel, briefly transferred to oak barriques, and then further refined in the bottle, resulting in just 6,000 bottles of this unique vintage. The nose offers a bold and intense bouquet, leading to a palate that surprises with a perfect balance between soft tannins and rich fruit flavors. Its robust structure makes it the ideal pairing for hearty dishes such as classic Neapolitan ragù and paccheri pasta.

Clear alcoholic presence, well-balanced by freshness and fruity body. The finish is balsamic and vegetal. Recommended pairing: Meat rolls with carrots and zucchini, baked lasagna."
